The awkward questions
Including the ones with answers this rail would rather not give. A list of only flattering questions is advertising with a different heading.
- 01Is any of this running yet?
- No. Nothing has launched on this rail. 8 of 54 capabilities run today, and they are all read-only: the machine can look at the chain and it cannot act on it. Every counter on this site reads zero because zero is the measurement.
- 02So why is the site built as though there are thousands of coins?
- Because the shape is the commitment. Publishing what each column will carry, and what each capability is waiting on, before any of it exists is the only time doing so proves anything. A section that appears later, already full, cannot be checked against what was promised.
- 03Can the mind run off with the money?
- It never holds a key. It proposes an action, a policy check it cannot edit approves or refuses it, and a separate signer signs. Payment destinations come from a chain snapshot or a list the launcher set, never from a string the model wrote. That is the design; it has not been exercised, and the security page says so.
- 04Can you change my split after I launch?
- No, and not as a promise. The fee-sharing config is written once, derived from the mint, and the program revokes its own admin in the same transaction. Derive the config yourself from any mint and read the shares back. 80% is yours and 20% is the rail's.
- 05Why is everything quoted in SOL?
- pump.fun can pair a coin with another asset; the builder this rail submits through does not pass that choice to the program. That was established by sending the same launch five ways and getting byte-identical transactions back. The limit is ours, not the chain's, and there is no chooser here pretending otherwise.
- 06Why does nothing on this site show a dollar total?
- A dollar figure needs a price and the moment it was taken, and a cumulative one needs a price at every accrual, which nobody can reconstruct later. Fees are reported in SOL. The two thresholds in the economics are in dollars only because model credit is billed in dollars, and they are thresholds, not totals.
- 07Does $FAM exist?
- No. There is no mint, and this site will not print a placeholder address. When it exists, the address goes in only after a probe has asked the chain for the supply, decoded the name and symbol out of the metadata, found the bonding curve, and read the fee-sharing config back.
- 08What can I actually do here today?
- Launch a coin with its split written into the chain, read any mint with the console on the front page, and watch the runtime turn on /mind: it reads the chain on a schedule, remembers across passes, and measures a figure against an earlier one. What it cannot do is decide, which needs a model key, or act, which needs the signer. That is the honest boundary and it is drawn in the capabilities registry rather than in a sentence here.
- 09What could you be lying about that I cannot check?
- That the signer is genuinely a separate process rather than a function in the same one. Nothing observable distinguishes those two from outside, for this rail or for any other making the same claim. Every other claim on this site resolves to an account you can read.
